All the breads are elaborated according to personal recipes and have their own identity with names often linked to Recloses and its surroundings.
The artisan baker, Isabelle Bielikoff, is also President of the Recloses tourist office. With her team, she contributes actively to local tourism and guides you during your moments in the region of Fontainebleau and Gâtinais.
